How can I contact JIC Tractor Parts?

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we only ship within Thailand, but we plan to expand to Asia and the rest of the world soon.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Thailand.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1–3 business days. Please note: we don’t ship on weekends.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. During holidays or sales, it may take slightly longer.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, you’ll be eligible for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Bank transfer and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, but you may return your item for a refund once received.

How do I return an item?

Please email us at support@jictractor.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request.

Will I be charged with customs or taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free in Thai Baht (THB). You may be charged import duties or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations when we begin international shipping. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
